I’ve been a patient at this optometrist for three years and am finally writing a review. Dr. Amita Patel is exceptional. She’s kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, and thorough. She invests in the latest technology, ensuring painless and effective results. She explains everything clearly and takes the time to care for each patient. Recently, I was diagnosed with a medical issue that affects my vision and eye health. Dr. Patel informed me and suggested an additional test to monitor my eye health while on medication. She accepted my vision insurance and kept the prices reasonable. The office is beautiful, from the bathroom to the exam rooms, waiting area, and front desk. It’s a comfortable, luxurious, and high-end experience. I’m posting pictures because the quality of the office reflects the quality of care provided. Dr. Patel doesn’t cut corners. I’ve never been to a more beautiful, pleasant, and visually appealing medical office. The selection of glasses is also great. I love designer brands, but there are also many affordable and beautiful options. The staff is wonderful, always kind and helpful. I can’t choose between frames because I fall in love with so many, but they help me narrow down the choices and show me what suits my face shape. They take the time to ensure all frames fit correctly. Recently, they adjusted two pairs of sunglasses I bought two years ago that had started to slip down my nose. They made adjustments repeatedly until they fit perfectly, all with the best attitudes and kindest dispositions. If you’re looking for a great optometrist with an awesome team and a beautiful high-tech office, this is your place. Don’t hesitate. I love going there. UPDATE! I have to mention how amazing the girls are at this place! Sonya is an expert with frames and making them fit just right! Helping me narrow down to what is best and always so warm and kind! The young lady that is behind the front desk is also wonderful. She is so sweet and ever so patient and helpful. Every time I go to this place I feel welcomed and like I’m part of the family. I highly recommend this business as the optometrist herself and everyone on her staff are absolutely nothing short of exceptional. Give them a try!

New patient to the practice and overwhelmed with how amazing everyone in the office was. Dr. Patel was kind, knowledgeable, and thorough in her explanations. Everyone was so kind and I had a ton of fun choosing frames based off of their recommendations. They even let me try on a pair of their own glasses that were in a different color than the display, just to see if I liked it better. Talk about customer service! I couldn't recommend going to this team more and I can't believe I put off getting my eyes checked for so long because my new glasses are exceptional.

I moved here from another state and was going through the arduous process of finding new doctors when I stumbled upon this gem of a clinic. Dr. Patel and her staff completely elevate the typical “eye doctor” experience. With state of the art equipment, and a gorgeous collection of frames to pick from, you never feel like you’re “waiting” when you enter the space. The team are masters at navigating insurance, recommending appropriate products, and making sure all your eye needs are met. Dr. Patel continuous to hone her practice to go beyond what is expected from the typical eye and glasses buying experience. They are flexible, easy to book, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with my time spent there. If you’re looking for a new eye doctor, look no further.

This was my first visit to this doctor’s office, and I have to say it was a great experience. The office itself is cozy, clean, and well-kept. I was greeted right away when I walked in, and the check-in process was quick and easy. The doctor was incredibly patient and thorough while explaining everything she was doing. I sometimes struggle to keep my eyes open during tests, but she never seemed frustrated she just laughed it off and made me feel comfortable the whole time. As a first-time contact lens wearer, the training was honestly pretty tough for me. I didn’t think I’d be able to do it at all. I think it took about 20 tries just to get the first contact in! I was a little embarrassed, but the doctor was amazing never rushed me, reassured me the entire time, and told me we could keep trying as long as I needed. After a lot of effort, we finally got them in and I was even able to take them out on my own! The whole process took around 45 minutes to an hour, but I never once felt rushed. They checked in on me regularly, gave helpful tips, and also gave me space to figure it out on my own (which I appreciated!). Now, just a couple of days later, I’ve got it down—about 60 seconds per eye, no problem. And honestly, it’s been life-changing. I love wearing contacts. If you’re on the fence about getting contacts, especially if you’re a nervous glasses wearer like I was, I’d definitely recommend going for it and coming here. You’ll get all the support you need. Also, they have a huge selection of glasses frames covering every wall! I didn’t end up buying any, but there are tons of great options. And shoutout to the front desk staff they’re super friendly and do an excellent job answering any questions you might have.
