I went to Infinite Vision with my mom, and honestly, the whole experience was better than I expected. We both ended up getting eye exams, lenses, and glasses, and everything from start to finish felt really smooth. The doctor was incredible—very thorough, patient, and made sure we actually understood what was going on instead of just rushing through the exam. That stood out to me. The staff was just as good. Everyone there was super helpful, attentive, and genuinely kind. Anytime we had questions, they took the time to explain everything clearly, which made the whole process feel a lot more comfortable. They also helped us with our insurance, and that part was way easier than I thought it would be. It seems like they work with most major insurance companies, which definitely helps. Overall, the service was excellent. Very professional, trustworthy, and just a really welcoming environment. I’d recommend Infinite Vision to anyone looking for a place that actually cares and takes their time with you.

I had such an amazing experience at Infinity Vision! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and very attentive. They really take their time with you and make sure you understand everything, which I truly appreciated. The eye exam was very thorough and high-tech — not rushed at all like other places I’ve been. They explained every step and made me feel very comfortable. They also have a beautiful selection of frames, including designer brands, and helped me find the perfect pair without any pressure. What impressed me the most was how personalized the service was — you can tell they genuinely care about their patients. If you’re looking for quality, professionalism, and a great experience overall, I highly recommend Infinity Vision. I will definitely be coming back!

Great store, great service- I attended infinity vision after breaking my glasses whilst on holiday in Orlando. They couldn’t be used after being damaged in the parks and I had no other glasses. Without hesitation my glasses were fixed within a few minutes. On asking how much the charge was the owner told me it was free. Great quick service and no charge which enables me to continue my holiday. Highly recommended. Tom Matthews

I had a very disappointing experience at this location. The first time I visited, I was assisted by a kind young lady who spoke English well and was very helpful. She entered my prescription into the system, and I told her I would return later in the week to select my frames. When I came back, she was unavailable, and a male associate was present. I spent about 15 minutes browsing frames before asking if anyone could assist me. He acknowledged me but he didn’t really want to help, and throughout our interaction, he was very short and unengaged. While I was still trying to get assistance, another couple walked in, and he immediately got up to help them instead. He then asked another employee at the desk to assist me. Unfortunately, she did not speak English well, which made communication difficult, especially as I had specific questions about pricing and insurance coverage. I have strong insurance coverage, so I was trying to understand why I couldn’t receive premium anti-reflective lenses when my copay was the same as standard. She didn’t provide a clear explanation and seemed unsure. When I asked about warranty coverage, she had to go get the same male associate from the back. He returned, appeared uninterested, and did not greet or properly assist me. As I asked additional questions, he continued to be dismissive and short. I explained that if I was purchasing expensive frames, I wanted clarity on warranty coverage in case of scratches. Instead of addressing my concerns, he quickly dismissed me without offering further help or solutions. Overall, the customer service was unprofessional, unhelpful, and lacked basic courtesy. I did not feel valued as a customer and will be taking my business elsewhere. I would not recommend this location.
