We went to the store at mall at millenia to get a Cartier frame for prescription glasses. For almost 5 weeks they kept playing with us “your glasses are not in let us call the Cartier lab and we will call you back” or “didn’t your sale associate call you back? I’ll ask him to call you” until finally we couldn’t take anymore and requested a refund. At the end we have to involved the bank to get our money back. There is no phone number to escalate any issues just a customer service email which I emailed and got a generated email back thanking me for my feedback.

This store was recommended and I bought my second customized Cartier glasses. At first it was great. Everyone was kind, the lady I work with was assisting us with our request. The glasses came out great. But attitude from the associate changed when we start asking for our stuff back ( personal lens used to create the glasses), also the paperwork and stamp that comes with the Cartier. It became very negative and dismissive. Services that was offered to me became not important. I wanted to buy a next pair but the treatment I receive after receiving my glasses was not great. I rather choose a different store. You would think buying these luxury items you will get great customer service and honesty from beginning to end. But that did not happen. They need to retrain staff if they want to keep and create loyal customers. BAD experience!!

When I first visited the store, I fell in love with a pair of Cartier sunglasses. The sales associate told me they could be fitted with prescription lenses that would match the original sunglass tint exactly; however, the prescription pair I eventually received differed in color, making me look older. After some discussion, I decided to forgo the prescription lenses and just buy the sunglasses as-is. Yet, I couldn't take home the specific pair I had tried on and liked; instead, the glasses had to be shipped to me. When I received them, the color still differed from the pair I had originally selected. I believe the lens tinting process lacks consistency and standardized quality control to guarantee a reliable product for consumers. Furthermore, when I pointed out the color discrepancy, the salesperson felt I was being too picky; in his view, the difference was negligible, and he refused to acknowledge any issue with the California-based lens manufacturing facility. Consequently, the experience left both the salesperson and me unhappy—though, in reality, I truly loved those sunglasses and would still like to buy them if given the chance.

Bought a pair of Balmain sunglasses for over $1,000. Within two months the tint was wearing off and the set screw holding the lens in place kept backing out. Went back to E-BIKE and they told me my 30-day warranty had expired and they were willing to do NOTHING. I contacted Balmain directly and they told me Edward Beiner was not an authorized Balmain distributor and they refused to uphold any warranty. Stay away from sellers that market brands they are not licensed to sell. Buyer beware.

I would like to recognize Leidy Vargas at the Edward Beiner location in the Mall at Millenia in Orlando. Leidy provided outstanding customer service while assisting me with a glasses repair. She was professional, attentive, and took the time to ensure the issue was resolved correctly rather than rushing through the interaction. Her knowledge and willingness to help made a noticeable difference in my experience. This level of care reflects very well on the brand, and I felt it was important to share this positive feedback.
