I walked in because my original glass were unwearable, & I was able to purchase a pair that same day & get the 2nd pair free. Everyone was really nice, I think Ronnie was the name of the guy who helped me & he was really great. I called about 3 weeks later to exchange my 2nd pair & they had no problem doing that. The girl was really helpful & professional, I would recommend this place to anyone who needs glasses. 🤓
Barb and the team at Eyeglass Factory are the kindest, salt of the earth, most helpful people I have ever encountered in all my years of going to optometrists. I was in a bind, forgot my contacts while on a roadtrip, went in to Eyeglass Factory, was greeted kindly and they gave me a pack of contacts at no charge. I will support this business so long that I need eye care and would recommend anyone with eye care needs to go out of their way to utilize their services.
Such a great facility! Dr. Joshua Pe was our optometrist and he was so friendly and professional. Clearly explained the process as we went as well as some of the more technical terms that were a bit over my head. Also being able to get glasses on site and have such a large selection was such a great pro, loved that we could get polarized lenses at a decent price.
Came here haven’t had my glasses for long maybe 3 months they are not good quality I’ve had glasses for many years first time experiencing bad lenses $300 gone to waste and it truly sucks especially when they are not useable I explained to them my concern and said I’d have to pay $100 more to fix them NO THANK YOU! Wouldn’t recommend coming here unless you want to waste your money. My prescription seems very wrong and am not happy about this especially being a young adult and now being out of $300 and no glasses to use when driving!
I brought in a pair of broken Oakley eyeglasses that might have been impossible to repair. Not only did they fix the arm and clean them, they didn't charge me. Fantastic place, super helpful. Thanks!
