⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I have been going to Eyeglass Maxx in Port Charlotte for the past two years, and I cannot say enough good things about the entire team. Even though I haven't made it to my most recent annual appointment due to financial circumstances, I wanted to take a moment to share how much I appreciate the care I've received there. I developed Bell's Palsy, which affected my eye, and the doctors and staff have always been incredibly kind, patient, and understanding. They took the time to listen to my concerns and made sure my vision needs were properly addressed. What stands out most is how thorough their eye exams are. I've been to other places in the past where my glasses prescription wasn't quite right, and I left struggling to see clearly. At Eyeglass Max, the testing is comprehensive, and they take the extra time to ensure everything is accurate. The difference in quality and attention to detail is noticeable. I also love their selection of frames and styles. Whenever I've had an issue with my glasses, they have always been willing to help, make adjustments, and get things fixed quickly. Their customer service is exceptional. Thank you to the doctors and staff at the Port Charlotte location and the venice location, for your professionalism, compassion, and dedication to your patients. It's rare to find a team that genuinely cares as much as you do, and I am truly grateful for everything you've done for me. Highly recommended!

Once again, Eyeglass Maxx went above and beyond to take care of me and my eye care needs. I had to move up to progressive Lenses today. The doctor was awesome and Jamie helped tremendously with the contacts and progressive transition. I will forever recommend Eyeglass Maxx, I have had nothing but great experiences since I started seeing them four years ago, no matter who the doctor is or what time of day my appointment is. I had an excellent experience at Eyeglass Maxx in Venice with Denise. I was stuck with my frames, and no other place was willing to simply make lenses for them. Denise immediately took a solution-oriented approach and was incredibly reassuring throughout the process. I received my glasses with new lenses within a very reasonable timeframe, and at a fair price. The service was professional, efficient, and honest. Highly recommend!

Wow these guys are great! They saw me and same day I ordered and within 10 days my glasses were in. I picked them up and Denise helped me fill out insurance And a couple of days later I returned, I thought my frames were a little big for my small face and she had no problem ordering new frames! Today my son had an eye appointment and since we are fairly new still to the community, we got lost and ended up here at this lovely business…however, it was not where our eye appointment was. The lovely lady working at the front desk was so kind to us and even called the facility we were supposed to be at to check for us, but long story short had our insurance been accepted at this place, I would’ve switched over to them in a heartbeat! Thank you for being so kind to us lost travelers. ❤️🙏
