I received 5 text messages and a direct phone call from their office leading up to my appt. Stating 11:15 appt, and show up 15 minutes before my appointment to fill out paperwork. I wished I took a picture of their hackjob forms. I sat there from 11:00 till 11:35 looking at Dr. Toffoli doing nothing but playing on his phone. If I couldnt physically see him, I may have felt differently. It appeared as he was on break during my schedule. No customer service there. I walked out only to be called back in stating a manager was on duty. Came back in the building to find no manager, but can call the office. Hello I was at the office, and Dr. was there. I won't go back, there are many places to get an eye exam.
