Eyeglass World

Bought 2 pairs of glasses from there 4 months ago for $275 Both fell apart already. I went in to talk to someone about It and got some rude guy they told me I would have to buy 2 new frames and that they would not fix my glasses that I just bought . I've been going here now for the past 10 years and will NOT EVER go back

This is a genuinely nice place to go and shop. I first called an Eyeglass World on 8 Mile, and the person on the phone was rude, and put me off. Then, on a notion, I called this one in Northville, and was immediately impressed by their demeanor and professionalism. I also had the opportunity to speak with the manager, and could immediately tell how she set the tone for the entire branch. How, she was just nice. Very pleasant to talk to, adding glow onto my entire day, and that was months ago. The glasses I got are great, and so far, are working out without any issues. The other place, even over the phone, they just were not nice. You could tell over the phone, so why go in there and have your day blown by some surly person, who do not understand business, and couldn't care less. The Northville knows business, and how important it is just to be pleasant.

I brought my friend here after a competitor kept pushing back when her glasses would be made. She needed glasses soon so she could safely work. I knew they could be done same day over here so I suggested this place. Neither of us had ever been to an eyeglass world so we didn’t know what to expect. We were very impressed. My friend liked that her two pairs were done within an hour. Stephanie was very helpful, kind, and understanding. While I didn’t get anything today, I am thinking about coming to this location once I get a new prescription for my glasses. I will be asking for her. I live around Ann Arbor, but the great customer service here would be worth coming back to this location. I even told my mom about how good the customer service was and she also thinking about coming to this location once she gets a new prescription.

Stepped on my glasses, took it it Eyeglass world and the gentleman worked on it for a good amount of time and saved them. Would not charge for it. I’ve had them do adjustments several times over the last few years and pairs. They’ve worked on them right there and right away. As a business owner, I really appreciate the service. I now live several cities away, but it’s worth the trip!

My husband and I both had a great experience purchasing glasses here today. John was patient, kind and helpful. He was informative without being pushy, and he was understanding when I changed my mind more than once. We had several pairs of glasses all ready the same day! The experience was much better than our previous at America's Best. We will be back.
