The optometrist was great. This is our 3rd time coming here and the first 2 times were great. This year the optometrist was great but the support staff was the worst. The one that helped us, her necklace said Dianely, not sure if that's her name, was so worried about texting it was ridiculous. There used to be some really helpful women that were in the front. Now these young girls think they can just be on their phones and treat the customers like crap and still have a business and job. My husband and I have 2 insurances we are both covered on eachother and she was upset because it made more work. She even discouraged us from getting glasses right now. .I think it was because she didn't want to work. We came there because we liked it before but we didn't get our glasses there and we will never come back. She even had an inappropriate shirt on that kept falling down. So unprofessional. We told her we weren't getting glasses after she discouraged us from getting them and she said she was gonna print the receipt so we could go. We looked around whole waiting, I already told her we weren't getting anything and when we came over to see what was taking so long she was texting and said she was waiting for us to come over. She hadn't even started. The whole staff was sitting on their phones. They were rude and it's sad to see places go to this kind of service. We usually buy 2 pairs for me and 3 for my husband since he needs work glasses. His are bifocal too. Not there ever again
