I went into eyeglass world for a new prescription as well as the bogo frame special they advertise. I purchased 2 different style glasses (one for a back up only) about a year later I experienced some minor issues with my main pair so I had to break out the 2nd pair until I could go back and get the main pair adjusted. Mind you, the 2nd pair was 100% new condition, never been worn until that day. during the next 24 hours the 2nd pair's lenses popped out everytime I went to clean them. So I took both pairs back to eyeglass world and after having an employee and a manager try to fix them they let me know that the lenses had been accidentally cut too short. OK, here's the punchline... they told me since my warranty was only good for a year that they couldn't do anything and suggested I get a new prescription from them and purchase new glasses LOL. After I pointed out how ridiculous of them to think I would do such a thing after they pointed out their faultiness in the manufacturing, the manager came over and said she would take care of it anyway. and call me when it was done. 3 weeks go by and she doesn't call or return my calls so I went down there in person where they proceeded to give me the broken pair back. I paid out of pocket for both glasses. my advice is to stay away from this place and instead go to Visionworks who have the same bogo deal
