Brought in my daughters for the first time, and all had a pleasant experience! I have a 11, 6, and 5 year old and my younger 2 daughters had their first exams ever and it was smooth, and easy. They made them very comfortable and not scared. You can tell how well they are with children. This was a better experience for us than other offices that aren’t kid friendly. Thanks so much!

Excellent customer service! Crystal and the store manager were both incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. I appreciate he extra information they provided to help me make the best decision. I also want to give kudos to the Dr we saw, all three of them made my daughter feel comfortable and at ease throughout the visit. We truly appreciated the attention to detail and exceptional care. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!
Best place to bring your kids! I have a daughter with autism, and I just want to say a huge thank you to Catly, Dr. Kyle Bothwell, and John. They have always been so patient, understanding, and supportive with her. We’ve been coming here for about 3 years, and my daughter with autism has made so much progress. We can finally do her eye drops without her getting overwhelmed, and that’s something I never thought we’d be able to do. The kindness and patience they’ve shown has helped her work through so many of her fears. Thank you for always making my kids feel comfortable and cared for. We truly appreciate everything you do! Highly recommend!
The eye doctor and staff were amazing with my boys, who are on the autism spectrum. They were so patient, kind, and understanding, and made the whole experience comfortable and enjoyable. We truly appreciated their care and highly recommend them!
I rarely leave negative reviews, but parents deserve to know what kind of experience they may have here. I completely understood that my daughter’s appointment had to be rescheduled because of a doctor’s emergency. Things happen, and I never argued about that. When Matthew called to let me know, I simply responded, “That’s unfortunate.” That was enough for him to accuse me of having an aggressive tone. Rather than professionally continuing the conversation and helping me reschedule, he became confrontational, disrespectful, and ended the call by hanging up on me. I tried calling back to speak with someone else, but no one answered, so I drove to the office. I asked Matthew if he was the person I had spoken to on the phone, and he immediately became defensive. I explained that I felt the way he spoke to me was inappropriate and unprofessional. Instead of listening or trying to resolve the situation, he raised his voice, argued with me in front of the office, and told me to leave. Even after I made it clear that I no longer wanted to speak with him and was speaking directly with Kathy, he continued interrupting the conversation from another room, coming back out to make comments and escalate the situation further. It was completely unnecessary. Kathy was courteous and was able to get my daughter rescheduled, and I appreciate her help. However, it was disappointing that the behavior was allowed to continue without intervention. I work in healthcare at the front desk, so I understand that patients can be frustrated, disappointed, or emotional. It is never appropriate to argue with a patient, accuse them of having an attitude, hang up on them, or raise your voice. Professionalism means staying calm, treating people with respect, and finding a solution—not creating conflict. This was one of the most disrespectful and unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had in a medical office. As a parent, you expect a pediatric office to create a welcoming and respectful environment, especially when children are involved. Unfortunately, that was not my experience, and I cannot recommend this office based on how I was treated. Management should seriously address the way patients are spoken to before someone else has a similar experience.
