I had a great experience at this location. Alex in optical and Tanya made our visit smooth, seamless, and honestly a really pleasant experience. Instead of feeling like just another appointment to get through, the whole visit had a great, welcoming vibe. Both of them were incredibly kind, patient, and informative when explaining all the options available for my son. They took the time to answer questions and made sure we felt comfortable with everything. You can tell they genuinely care about helping families and making kids feel at ease. I definitely recommend this office if you’re looking for a great place to take your child for eye care.

Dr. Alexa Saul is amazing. Shes patient, kind and great with my kids. The staff was Friendly. Love everything about the mesa location. Will definitely continue to bring my children to see her. Great overall service!

Used to be a great place for my children. Two years ago and since some years ago I used to get doctor appointments for my child. Everything was great at that time. But the last time we were there, it was a hard time for my daughter because the eye drops. Like some other kids my daughter hate to. I remember the staff used to be patient, but not anymore at least with my kid at those time. Also, I had to pay an extra money even if I paid my copay. Also they gave us a wrong glasses prescription. Fortunately, I had a second opinion and I checked ABC was wrong with a difference of -2.0 diopters!!! Well, I used to have a different opinion about this location in Mesa but unfortunately not anymore.

Thank you Dr Emily Shortridge for coming in on an emergency basis. Been dealing with this eye infection since May 11, and after numerous appointments with other eye doctors, Dr Shortridge was able to help me.. God definitely sent me to the right hospital at the right time. He may not come when you need him, but HE ALWAYS ON TIME!!

The eye doctors assistant was amazing, her manors were very good. My son was nervous and she explained everything to us made us feel better. Overall I'm very pleased. I recommend this eye doctor and staff to the fullest.
