Saw Dr. Matsumoto. Very kind and patient dr. I always ask a million questions and he always is willing to answer them. I did get a second opinion but that’s just me i always get a second opinion. It’s been about 3 weeks and my vision is improving slowly but improving. i’m waiting for the dr to call back on some test results and have placed a few calls but maybe he’s just busy. Hopefully me getting a second opinion isn’t the reason for no return call yet but Just wanted to share my experience with Dr Matsumoto. Great doctor. otherwise would’ve given 5 stars.

Unacceptable. They just setup an appointment for me and I didn't even call them or ask to be put on the schedule. Take your business elsewhere. This is 100% nonsense.
I went to this place with my mom for her follow up on her cataract surgery and they took great care of her. The place was clean and organized well. They also have free Wi-Fi for people to use while waiting. The only complaint was it was hot and stuffy when I was there waiting. Think the air condition was broken or something. But other than that it was a great experience.
I had such a positive experience calling Opthalmic Surgeons and Physicians office thanks to their amazing receptionist, Karen from the moment I called to schedule my appointment, I felt welcomed, respected, and genuinely cared for. Karen was incredibly friendly, patient, and efficient—answering all my questions clearly and making the entire scheduling process quick and easy. It’s rare to find someone who combines professionalism with such warmth and empathy. You can tell Karen really enjoys helping people and takes pride in creating a smooth experience for patients. Great first impressions matter, especially in healthcare, and this Karen absolutely nailed it. Kudos to the team for having someone so capable and kind as the first point of contact. Highly recommend this office—not just for the care, but for the exceptional service at the front desk!
I was referred to this office and eagerly made an appointment, only to find out that the first available slot was 2.5 months away. The day before my appointment, I received a confirmation text, which I confirmed. I arrived on time at 7:30 AM and waited for 15 minutes without being called, as there was no one at the front desk. Instead, I had to listen to the staff talking about their personal lives and problems while they casually got coffee, leaving patients waiting in the lobby. When I was finally called up, I was informed that the doctor wasn’t in the office and that I would need to reschedule. There was no apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience—just a matter-of-fact statement that they had called me, which I later confirmed they had not. When they offered to reschedule, it seemed like it was more of a hassle for them than a service for me. I walked out and will not be returning. This office lacks professionalism and respect for patients' time. I highly recommend staying away from this office.
