They took the time to explain every step of the process, answered all of my questions, and made me feel completely at ease. The surgery itself went smoothly, and the results have been life-changing. My vision is so much clearer, and I am incredibly grateful for the excellent care I received. The doctors and staff are truly outstanding, and their dedication to their patients is evident in everything they do. I highly recommend this practice to anyone needing cataract surgery or exceptional eye care. Thank you for giving me the gift of clearer vision!

I couldn’t recommend Carrot enough. The clinic displayed cleanliness and professionalism from the moment I stepped in. But that didn’t take away from their personable charm either. Kaley and Merrit greeted me with positive spirits right away. Reid was awesome and may be one of the best technicians I’ve ever seen with his eye testing capabilities and comforting humor. Amber and Taylor were both very helpful in answering my questions and going over specifics. I saw Dr Blake Henson and he was one of the most knowledgeable eye docs I’ve encountered and explained my situation clearly. Fantastic experience. 10/10 would recommend.

I was seen by Kelly Kiser MD. She was very thorough throughout the exam and attentive to my needs. It was a very comfortable and reassuring visit. This was my first time to see Dr. Kiser for an eye exam. I would definitely schedule another exam with her…and recommend her. Also, the entire office staff provided a great experience.

I recently went here for an exam/new glasses and was very happy with my experience from start to finish. The entire staff was incredibly courteous, professional, and genuinely focused on making sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout the process. Julia, who conducted my exam, was outstanding. She took the time to clearly explain each test she was performing, what they were checking for, and what the results meant. I appreciated how she was able to break things down in an easy-to-understand manner, especially the pictures of my eyeballs (something I have never had done before). Dr. Henson was equally impressive—extremely knowledgeable and patient. He took the time to go over my results in detail, answered all my questions thoroughly, and made sure I fully understood my options. You can tell he truly cares about his patients and takes pride in his work. When it came to choosing frames, Mike made the process effortless. He had a great eye for style and helped me find a pair that fit perfectly and looked great. His attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile really stood out. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my experience and I would definitely recommend them to my friends, family, and coworkers.

I recently had ICL surgery at Carrot Lasik and it was the best experience I could have ever imagined! It was such a smooth process, and they made me feel so safe and informed every step of the way. Dr Hammond and Dr. Hensen were both so amazing and the entire staff is so kind, helpful, patient, knowledgeable and skilled. A special shoutout to Reed and Taylor as well- they were so welcoming, organized and informative. Absolutely the best money I have and ever will have spent! So amazing to be able to wake up and be able to read my alarm clock from across the room, not have to blindly search for glasses on my nightstand anymore. I live in Utah- so traveling to AZ for the surgery was hard scheduling but so worth it to feel so safe and comfortable and cared for.
