I highly recommend this optical shop! Earlier this year, I got a full pair of glasses here. My wife insisted I add the $25 protection plan, while I thought it was unnecessary since I always take great care of my belongings. I finally agreed just for peace of mind. About 3-4 months later, I accidentally dropped my glasses on the road. The gravel scratched the lens badly. Though the glasses weren't broken, the scratches were distracting when wearing them. I worried this minor damage wouldn't be covered by the plan, so I went to the store to ask for help. The staff told me to come back when the optician was available. To my big surprise, when I arrived, they had already prepared a brand new complete pair of glasses for me, not just replacement lenses. I simply tried them on to check the fit and vision, then swapped my old glasses and left. This $25 protection plan is absolutely worth every penny! Their after-sales service is efficient and generous. This is a reliable chain store with great service. If you need glasses, definitely choose this shop, and don’t hesitate to get their protection plan. You won’t regret it!

Allex did a fantastic job in getting me new lenses after I had cataract surgery. Although she misread the original prescription where the lenses were supposed to be balanced, when I called her, she looked at my prescription and what she gave me and recognized that she had made a mistake. The next day I was able to go in and with her help in the labs help, I got my new glasses. She was very professional and very helpful and I appreciate it. I’m thinking about getting contact lenses and when I do, I certainly will use eyeglass world. Good prices. Good customer service. And great products.

This was my first time visiting Eyeglass World and I was impressed! Julia was super knowledgeable and friendly. I’ve worn glasses my whole life and she taught me stuff I didn’t know - in a short time too. My son had lost his glasses in the lake earlier the day and needed them for work the next day. We showed up an hour before they closed. Julia helped us and didn’t seem annoyed at all. We had his prescription, info on the last frames he had purchased and a picture of him. (He wasn’t with us as he hadn’t gotten home from the lake yet). While the frames we picked weren’t exactly what he had, she worked to find ones that were similar shape, right size and in stock so she could have ready for us the next day by 12:00pm. Wow! She will have them ready in less than 24 hours?!?! Fantastic! Thank you Julia for your knowledge and exceptional customer service.

The people are friendly enough, but I am very unhappy with what I ended up with. I went and got my prescription (which to be clear, I did NOT originally get from Eyeglass World) double checked after I bought my glasses here. I was getting nightmarish headaches and horrible eye strain. The optometrist and glasses specialists were astounded that Eyeglass World let me get the glasses. They were way too big for my face (the bridge was too high) and because I got progressives, the fact that they were too big was a huge problem. The fact that none of them considered telling me or even noticed suggests to me that they’re in it for money more than helping people. I had to get a new pair of glasses elsewhere. Money thrown out the window because they didn’t care enough to check. Instead of caring about how my glasses fit the man helping us talked about his life for thirty minutes, which would’ve been fine if he did his job right as well. I won’t be returning. Was also told about a 60 day exchange policy and then had another employee say “did they really tell you that?” which was funny. Kind of. Not really. Cannot vouch for the optometrist or getting a prescription here. This review is solely about my experience buying glasses.

Great staff and service. The only problem was they didn't have my lenses in stock and the eyeglass tech wasn't available to make my lenses that day. I was sent a text that my glasses would be ready in 10 days. So much for driving at night.
