Amazing location! They got me my glasses same day! Entire staff is friendly and super welcoming. Shawna went above and beyond to help me, I will definitely be back asking for her! Great prices, never felt pushed once.

BIG SHOUT OUT to ALL the staff here!!!!!! I’m beyond thankful and so happy I found them! My daughter’s glasses broke last night, and she can barely see without them. We had an appointment today, and after seeing her, I could tell how everyone came together to make sure my daughter could at least take home an emergency pair of glasses tonight. We came back after an hour, and they had them ready! Everyone was incredibly caring, friendly, and just awesome. When my daughter said she was happy she could see again, the lady at the front desk said, “This is why we do this,” and you could tell everyone was genuinely happy to help. It’s so refreshing to feel seen, validated, and supported as a customer. A big thank you to all of you—you guys rock!
Casey gave me such great customer service when I visited Eyeglass World to get fitted for my contact lenses! She was patient and gave me great tips as well! I will definitely come back based on her customer service and the rest of the team as well!
The communication here is less than desirable. The first time I went in to get my contact and eye exam everything went well up until dealing with Shauna. I was trying to price how much everything would be with glasses and three months worth of contacts and was under the assumption that my total was covering glasses and three months worth of contacts. So imagine my surprise when I come in a week later and they’re telling me I still needed to order the contacts and that I had only ordered trial lenses. Annoying but fine, bought the contacts they even offered to ship them to my house so that I wouldn’t have to go and pick them up. What they failed to mention was that the Contacts had to ship to the store first, and then they ship it to my house. Had I known that I would have just gone to pick them up from the store. So now I have to wait an extra couple of days to get them sent to my place. How hard is it to explain things to people in detail so that there’s no confusion? And then she had the nerve to sound like she had an attitude when I called to ask about my Order. The communication sucks at that location and I will not be going back..
I had a very polarizing experience at this location. On one hand, the optometrist was excellent—she was incredibly thorough and even took the time to simulate the lenses to address the double vision I’ve been experiencing, ensuring my prescription was 100% accurate. Unfortunately, the experience was completely soured by Shyla, the associate who helped me with the order. Her customer service was some of the worst I’ve encountered. I tried to explain that progressive lenses and certain anti-reflective coatings haven't worked for me (specifically mentioning glare during video calls), but Shyla repeatedly argued with me and questioned my history. Despite the fact that I speak five languages and was being very clear, she dismissively told me she "didn't follow" what I was saying—even though her coworker understood my concerns perfectly. I even witnessed her arguing with another customer about the fit of their frames, telling the woman her glasses were even when they clearly weren't. I felt pressured into a purchase I wasn't confident in just to get my prescription. I highly recommend the doctor here, but I would suggest avoiding Shyla if you want someone who actually listens to your needs.
