I DO NOT RECOMMEND EYEGLASS WORLD! I will never shop here! They were So rude! I had called on Friday, July 3rd, because my glasses broke and I needed a quick replacement. They told me their lab tech would not being in until Tuesday. So I made an appointment for Tuesday. When I got here, they said no, they don't have a technician today. I said, but you told me on Friday that the Tech would be in on Tuesday. That's why I made the appointment. So I still have no glasses. So disappointed and that was a big waste of my time.
I love that they can make your glasses same day. They made two pairs of glasses for me in just an hour but the best thing about my experience here, I had mentioned in the paperwork that a few weeks ago at work, something fell into my eye and it wouldn't come out. At some point I thought it had fallen out but when the doctor checked my eye, with technology and eye dye, he found a little tiny particle stuck up under my lid way up there. He successfully removed it and my eye feels so much better. I had been sleeping with this thing under my eye for 2 weeks and had no idea. Thank you to the doctor and the staff was really nice.
It took me three visits to get my glasses sort of correct. The first time the lenses were 2 degrees off than what my doctor had prescribed, the second time they were better but blurry. Amanda (the manager) said that the frames (I bought them from there) were wrong. In the end they gave me frames I don’t even like but even with these lenses my vision is not right. I am done with this place
