Dr. Horne was so kind and patient doing my eye exam. Drew was wonderful helping me pick out my glasses! She has great taste. She also made my progressive lens work perfectly for me. I couldn’t be happier with my new prescription and glasses!
Very nice experience, got us quickly through the testing procedure and testing for the new prescription. There was a young lady waiting to help us pick out frames and get everything ordered. The new glasses came in quick. I would give them 5 stars but the lady who fit us with the glasses when we came to pick them up was in a hurry to be somewhere else.
Kameron helped me out and she was absolutely wonderful. She was very polite and helpful. Much more patient than I could ever be. Thanks to their deals, pricing was great here too. Highly recommend
Glasses fell apart. Finish came off. Manager said it was my fault. Due to my skin. They did give me a different pair the 3rd time of failure. Probably won't return as a customer. Lots of glasses shops to choose from. Don't need the attitude when there is an issue. Had to wait over 1 hour. Too busy selling new glasses.
The prices keep climbing, but I keep coming back for the excellent service. Larae really helped me pick out the two best pairs of glasses for my husband’s face. Thank you.
