I just experienced this at your store: I walked in and made an appointment and took a look at your frames without anyone's help while I was there. I prefer to browse without taking up anyone's time. I found a frame I liked and asked to borrow a pen from a person that appeared to be a "manager" so I can write down the frame # on one of your business cards. She tells me, "I don't want you to waste one of my cards, I prefer you take a picture if you have your phone or I can give you a piece of paper. I responded with, "It isn't wasted if I'm a customer!" She just looked at me and kept walking. Now I'm considering canceling my appointment and going elsewhere. Customer service shouldn't be like this. Perhaps she needs some retraining or a different job? She may be chasing off your customers. Added photo to prove I was in your store.
