I had never seen Dr Dunn before but I definitely will continue as her patient. She was thorough and thoughtful. She listened to me and addressed my questions. She offered options, and explained reasons for her recommendations.

I have been a patient here for about 10 years, and have always been satisfied with the service and professionalism of all staff. This visit was a routine annual visit with Dr Amanda Gorr, and as with all my experiences with Eye Associates of NM, Dr Gorr was pleasant, thorough, and professional. I will continue to be a patient here.

The lobby had great music playing in the background. The receptionist was very professional and nice. My technician (Andrew) was very patient and very polite. I think you could tell I was very nervous... And Dr Ritz, well, I couldn't have asked for a better eye doctor. This is the first time I have been to this particular office and even though it's quite a-ways from my home I'm going to make it my permanent place for my annual exams. Thank you Eye Associates on Enbank NE.

First, Dr. Dunn is great....however, I'm currently at Eye Associates on Eubank, for follow up after contact lens trial wear, 2 hours waiting, still waiting. Had to sign in and wait just to pick up trial lenses last week. Full eye exam almost 2 weeks ago, almost 4 hours with wait time. Front desk staff on day of full exam spoke so quietly I could barely understand them, good thing I had someone with me to help me "hear" them, training a front desk person made my check out time even longer. Back to today, now I'm in a room, still waiting. I had been seeing a doctor at the Rio Rancho location for the last 5 years, doctor left...so here I am at the Eubank location. My wait time was not painful at the Rio Rancho location, pretty standard, in/out in about an hour. Now I'm waiting to sign my lens prescription *sigh*. It's now almost 2.5 hours since I arrived...my head hurts! Finally allowed to leave! Please get the process at Eubank more efficient, Dr. Dunn needs help to get through the patients.

The eye doctors themselves are great and my prescriptions have always been accurate, but everything else about this place is a complete mess. It took about four months just to get an appointment. When the day of my appointment finally came, they told me their systems were down and they couldn’t see me, and the next available appointment wasn’t for another two months. They only got me in sooner because I pushed back about how ridiculous that was. Otherwise it seemed like they had no problem making me wait even longer. At my appointment, my doctor recommended switching me to daily contacts. I asked how much more they would cost and she had no idea, but changed my prescription to dailies anyway without giving me any information about pricing or how ordering works. That appointment was three weeks ago and I still don’t have contacts. When I tried to go into the office to order them, they told me I have to order them over the phone instead. The doctors are good, but the scheduling, communication, and contact ordering process is a complete nightmare. It’s incredibly frustrating dealing with such a disorganized system. Unfortunately I will not be returning. Love the prescription I get everytime but it's not worth it to go through that process.
