Eyeglass World

I had an outstanding experience at Eyeglass World. Their customer service was exceptional from start to finish. The staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely focused on helping me find the best solution for my needs. What impressed me most was their problem-solving skills. When I ran into an issue with my glasses, the team took the time to listen, explain my options, and quickly find a solution that exceeded my expectations. They made the entire process stress-free and showed that they truly care about their customers. I highly recommend Eyeglass World to anyone looking for quality eyewear and outstanding customer service. It's refreshing to work with a team that goes above and beyond to make sure their customers are satisfied. Ask for Massi...Tell her Dave sent you!

I went to eyeglass world this morning in riverview, florida, to have my cartier, sunglasses repaired and I would like to say that the staff was so friendly and accommodating, especially Massy. She was awesome and wonderful to deal with. When she was finished, I asked her where she was from, and she said that the dominican republic. I told her that I had a good friend in porta. Plata, we had a great conversation. I would recommend eye glass world. Do anyone that needs glasses or service? Massy was wonderful.

Took my wife's glasses to be repaired today. She was waiting for her new frames to be delivered. Veronica was so friendly and professional she repaired them without hesitation and made my wife's day. Thank you Eyeglass World for you services and keeping me out of the Dog house.@

First time I came to this location I loved how everyone treated my daughter (patient) and me. Everyone is very sweet and answers all questions and concerns. Second time I come in everyone was very welcoming and helpful, especially Nathaly. Who helped me choose my new frames. She was very patient with me because I'm very indecisive when it comes to choosing. Loved how Nathaly explained everything when it came to talking about any add ons and prices and explained in detail what every add on was for and even brought out her IPad to show me examples. Nathaly was very helpful and answered each and one of my questions. Definitely recommend this specific location.

Staff here was phenomenal! 10 out of 10! Definitely would recommend to anyone who is in need of a new script. Great up front staff (Veronica, Massy, & last but not least Alirys)! Clinical staff is on point as well. Very knowledgeable, patient, and efficient.
