My wife was in there today 7/15 to get new glass. (Im writing this on her behalf)She was seen helped by Alex and Laurence and they were amazing. The customer service was amazing. Alex and Laurence had amazing team work between the both of them I feel like my experience was personalized to me. Doing the test everything was explained about what they were doing what was going to happen and my results. Picking out my glasses I felt like it was also personalized. Everything was done with professionalism and care. I have been getting glasses for 20 years and never had a experience like this. Thank you to the both of them.

Steven was very helpful when I came in with my husbands glasses, needing new lenses and a whole second pair. Had them later that day, prices were reasonable, selection was pretty wide. Will definitely be using them from now on for future glasses

The people at Eyeglass World are the best. The nose pad in my glasses needed to be replaced. I bought my glasses at JC Penny’s which their optical was closed without notice at the end of May. My husband brought my glasses into Eyeglass world hoping they could replace the pad. They were able to replaced the pad which took some doing because the screw for the pad was different than the what they had. I have to say the customer service was great and I will be returning.

Jennifer was so great, she helped my Husband find the perfect glasses and Sun glasses. Jennifer took her time to find us the best price with our insurance. We were in and out , what a quick and easy process. thank you!

Cory was awesome ! My boyfriend & I didn’t have an appointment & luckily we came on a day the doctor wasn’t here so they weren’t busy. Cory was patient, helpful, & genuine. Yall need more Cory’s !! My MK glasses are too cute 🥰
