Wonderful experience today with Colleen. She was kind and helpful and efficient with replacing my son's broken frames. I didn't have an appt. and really did not know what the process would look like. She was great! Edited to add: the glasses will take a full2 weeks to come in. This was not explained to me. I would have expedited the order since my son depends on his glasses. I called a week after ordering to check the status and asked if I could expedite and they said they would call me back. They did not call back.
