I genuinely experienced some of the best customer service I’ve had in a long time. Zach Barto went above and beyond my expectations, providing truly outstanding service. Zach Barto’s caring nature and expertise really stood out. I came in to inquire about getting new glasses for my child, who had just lost his only pair and urgently needs them to read. Zach Barto took the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly, making the entire process easy to understand. Zach Barto’s positive attitude and willingness to help made a stressful situation much more manageable. Today was my first time here and it was a great experience! The front desk clerk was very personable as well as the doctor. When I went to pick out my glasses I asked if they could keep me in a range I was comfortable with and Susie showed me many great selections, she listened to what I wanted and got me a pair of glasses and sunglasses all within the budget I wanted to be in. The arm had broken off of my old prescription and I had been wearing cheap readers until my appointment and Susie repaired them for me to wear until my new ones come in. I will now be a customer for life!

I cannot thank the assistant manager Ryan enough for all the help he gave me when my glasses suddenly broke! The attentiveness, kindness, and professionalism he exuded- along with his sweet smile- had me teary-eyed and so thankful when I received my new glasses a short time later. From finding the right frames to “Frankensteining” my old pair to use as a backup, I am beyond grateful to him. I have been recommending this location and it’s amazing staff to everyone I know!

Had my yearly eye exam done today by Dr. Mooney, she was great going over my new prescription. Susie was awesome helping get me everything I wanted and needed in my new lenses. Definitely recommend both.

I’m always a little skeptical of chain places but I’ve been here twice and it’s terrific. They took my insurance without trying to charge extra and helped me find glasses I could get fully covered. I was in and out in less than an hour with a prescription for both glasses and contact lenses and a pair of glasses to be picked up the next day, and I didn’t pay a dime. No hard sell on any upgrades either. If you’re looking for something to complain about, the “2 for 1” deals don’t apply to insurance, instead they give you 40% off a second pair. But that doesn’t seem unreasonable to me.
