Great customer service! Glasses were available the same day. Extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly staff. I appreciate them taking time to go over my insurance coverage, and all options before I made a final decision. I will definitely be back.

By far the worst experience I have ever had at a doctor’s office. This was my first time visiting this eye doctor. We arrived at approximately 12:12 p.m. for our 12:00 and 12:15 appointments. The office was extremely busy, and after waiting to check in, I was informed that my 9-year-old son’s appointment had been canceled and that he would need to take my appointment slot instead. While I was frustrated, I accepted the change because my son needed to be seen. While sitting in the waiting room, I was having a private conversation with my boyfriend about the situation. I mentioned that I didn’t understand why there was an issue if walk-ins were accepted and that I was considering leaving a review based on our experience. At that point, I had not written any review. While I was looking for my insurance card, the doctor approached me and stated that I had arrived late and that I was “lucky” she was seeing my son. She then told me I had a terrible attitude and that because I had left a bad review online, she was refusing to see me. The problem is that I had not left any review. I showed her my phone to demonstrate that I was simply pulling up my insurance information. Despite this, she insisted that she had heard I wrote a bad review. What happened next was even more upsetting. My 9-year-old son had already begun his exam, and the doctor had him removed from the exam room and refused to treat either of us. My son needed glasses, and instead of focusing on patient care, the situation escalated over a private conversation that was not directed at the doctor or her staff. I never yelled, caused a disturbance, or made a scene. I simply expressed frustration in a private conversation. Being accused of something I did not do and then having my child denied care because of it was incredibly unprofessional. I came in without a review. Unfortunately, I left with one. I would not recommend this office based on my experience. We ended up going to Stanton Optical who took amazing care of us and even expressed that we should have never been treated the way we were at Eyeglass world.

Straight forward pricing transparent as you will ever find. Much better than Stanton optical and America's best. They got me in for my eye exam without delay. Very friendly staff and no hassle. They asked if I wanted the basics and respected my response without trying to upsell me. Don't believe that penguin or that owl. Just come here satisfaction guaranteed.

I had to get my glasses re-adjusted due to my sitting on them. The gentleman fixed them so they fit so well that I have never had glasses feel this comfortable. ( I have a big wide head) I was actually helped by several and did not remember names. I apologize but every one was so nice!

Bought new glasses April 2026. Unfortunately the lens chipped. Had zero hassles with getting new lenses ordered under the warranty. They arrived in a few days as promised. Brought the old in to be fitted with the new lenses while I waited in my vehicle. Before I could walk back inside to see if they were ready, I looked up and the associate was walking to my vehicle with new eyeglasses in hand. What incredible service!
