OMG! I am so thankful for Lacey at Eyeglass World! She's such a jewel and very helpful! I broke my glasses while on vacation and with no hesitation she stepped in and helped. Not only did she fix my glasses she actually made them look better. Her customer service is top tier! Thank you again, Lacey! ❤️

I don't write reviews often, but Lacey at Eyeglass World on S. Dale Mabry Hwy has more than earned one — several times over. I've been coming to this location for years, and honestly, Lacey is the reason I keep coming back. From the moment you walk in, she makes you feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. She listens, really listens, and takes the time to understand exactly what you need. That's rare, and it doesn't go unnoticed. Her expertise is unmatched. She has a gift for finding frames that actually fit your face and suit your style, and she's refreshingly honest when something isn't quite right. Over the years, I've lost count of how many pairs of glasses I've purchased because of her guidance. Lacey embodies what customer service is truly supposed to look like: competent, warm, efficient, and genuinely invested in the people she helps. She's gone above and beyond for me more times than I can count, and she does it with a smile every time. Eyeglass World is lucky to have her. Absolutely wonderful experience! Lacey was kind patient, and is a master at helping you choose your frames, lenses, and particularly at applying gradient shading to your lenses. She made me rockstar glasses!

Absolutely wonderful staff working here at eyeglass world. I called two days ago to see if they could reorder and make my previous glasses order from a few years ago. Joe helped streamline the process and made me aware my glasses should be ready for pickup within 10 days. To my surprise they were ready in less than 3. When I came in store, there was about a 10 minute wait as all associates were helping other customers. Despite it all, their staff stopped, greeted me, and assured me I would be seen soon. My pick up order was completed and they offered to help adjust my glasses at anytime. Professional, clean, and efficient.
