I made my appointment on line and was called to confirm. The young lady on the phone was so friendly. It was a great first impression and set the tone for the visit. Dr. Feenstra was awesome. He explained my results so thoroughly and demonstrated a passion for what he does. I will definitely recommend him and his staff. Thank you so much. I will definitely be back!!
I've seen both Dr Forrests and both are wonderful. They are kind, gentle, and take time to explain changes. I've never worn contacts before. They give you a little class and trial lenses to find the right fit. I really appreciate the professionalism, timeliness, and accuracy with my prescription.
Always a good experience here. The level of technology used is really incredible, and the doctors are always very thorough in explaining what's going on. The staff is always very friendly, too, and I'm never left waiting beyond my appointment time. The attached Lenscrafters is also staffed by great people - Daniel T was especially helpful! Will definitely continue coming here and would recommend the office to others.
I made an appointment that day, and upon arrival was seen immediately. All staff in the office were extremely courteous and friendly. I particularly liked the Doctor I saw. He was very professional and informative about my exam and my eyes. I will definitely return for another check up next year.
Quick, Fast, Efficient , Respectful, the best service I ever had. Only after the exam good luck on finding someone to help you with picking out a pair of frames. It's so good here it is always crowded. The eye doctor was a great guy smart and very thorough. You will love Dr. Forest 10thumbs UP!
