I felt compelled to write this review because I believe this experience needs to be brought to your attention. I also attempted to contact the office manager, but he was out of the office. Yesterday, my husband had an eye appointment at this location, and I accompanied him. Unfortunately, our interaction with the woman working at the front desk left me feeling very uncomfortable. She was rude and dismissive toward both my husband and me. At first, I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt and assumed she might have been having a bad morning. However, after we sat down to wait, I observed her treating the next couple in line the same way. That couple was also Hispanic. What stood out to me was that when another patient, a white gentleman, came into the office shortly afterward, she was extremely friendly and welcoming to him. As a Hispanic woman, I could not help but notice the difference in how we were treated. I sincerely hope there is another explanation, but the contrast was difficult to ignore. Brad, I did not get her name, but she was working at the front desk around 9:00 a.m. on August 5, 2026, if you would like to identify the employee I am referring to. She was wearing pink scrubs, had a full tattoo sleeve on her right arm, and had dark dirty blonde hair. I do want to add that the rest of the staff we interacted with were polite, professional, and pleasant. My concern is specifically regarding the behavior of this front desk employee, as it created a negative experience and left me feeling unwelcome.
