I loved it. I highly recommend Angelo his service was outstanding. The ONLY PLACE in Tampa where you can get your prescription glasses the same day. They also offer comprehensive eye exams using the latest technology OPTOMAP, including advanced imaging that can often replace traditional pupil dilation. Fast service, excellent care, and top-quality products. I loved it. 100% recommended. 👓✨
Best place to buy sunglasses and prescription eyewear!! I live in Orlando, miles away from the store, but I’m extremely glad I made the drive to get my Dita sunglasses repaired. They ended up looking brand new. Angelo and his crew gained a customer for life. Other stores basically told me to throw my Dita’s away because they had “seen better days,” but these guys took the time to help me and made me feel like they truly cared, even though I wasn’t even planning on buying new glasses. Their customer service and attention to detail were beyond amazing. In the end, I actually bought a new pair because they went above and beyond for me. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality eyewear and honest people who genuinely care about their customers!
Excellent personal service! State of the art eye exam using the latest technology by Dr J. I then had a conversation with Jerry about my glasses and riding my motorcycle. He recommended using a slightly larger lens and what a difference it made. A great team of guys to work with and they take VSP
Absolutely Optical made my eye appointment feel pretty easy and straightforward. I appreciated that everything was explained in a way that was easy to understand, and I never felt rushed while going through the exam. The staff were pleasant to deal with, and the whole visit went smoothly. I also liked being able to take my time when looking at the different eyewear options. Overall, it was a good experience and one I’d feel comfortable having again.
Selection of quality frames is best I’ve found so far in Tampa. The real difference is the customer service. Everyone is so helpful and engaged with getting you the right solution. I have used them twice now in 3 years. This most recent visit, in June 2026, was to get new regular glasses (updated prescription) and frames. Staff quickly listened to our preferences and showed us several options. All choices were great possibilities. Once we chose a frame we moved on to lenses. Great deal for second lenses …so I decided to red my sunglasses (bought from the store in 2024) to get the best value. Went progressive in both pair and quality was spot on. Best part was getting new eyewear on Wednesday when ordered on Saturday…great turnaround. Great choices on frames, great customer service, great quality lenses, and great turnaround for pickup. Super happy and highly recommend!
