Recently went to get an exam and loved the service! Dr. Claffie is very thorough with her exam and the staff went above and beyond with answering all of my questions! Will definitely be back next year. Thank you Dr. Claffie and staff!!
This location takes advantage of those who doesn’t know any better. They force you to take an exam that is voluntary just so they could pack an extra 40+ dollars. I came in for a simple eye exam and once I got there, that’s when I was told that the exam was “required“ The staff very comfortable because they definitely did not care. Once I said that most clinics don’t require this, they said that they could remove this requirement. But since it was definitely easier just to say no that’s what they ended up doing.
I have been a patient of Dr .Claffie for years for my routine eye exams. Dr. Claffie and her entire practice/staff is tremendous. They are very responsive and helpful whether it is scheduling, paperwork, follow-ups. I would highly recommend Dr. Claffie. I intend to be a patient for as long as they will have me!
Dr. Claffie is fantastic. Her concern and care goes above and beyond what is expected. I injured my eye and they squeezed me right in on a Sunday to check me out. Got me a referral for a specialist and a prescription for antibiotics drops. She kept calling and texting the specialist until she had an appointment for me Monday morning. She continued to stay in contact via text to make sure that I was doing well and healing. I would definitely recommend her.
Edit: I initially gave this place 5 stars because the doctor is so sweet and caring. I have been coming here for years and I adore her. Last year I waited ONE HOUR to be seen… thinking it was an anomaly. I am standing here right now and it has been OVER AN HOUR, and I overheard the girls at the front desk saying “with that many people that is to be expected.” (Maybe, fix your scheduling if that is “to be expected).
