We've been coming to Eyeglass World in Trinity for the past two years, and every visit has been a great experience. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and professional. They take the time to answer questions, explain your options, and make the entire process easy from the eye exam to choosing frames. The selection is great, the service is efficient, and we always leave feeling well taken care of. It's refreshing to find a team that consistently provides excellent customer service. We highly recommend Eyeglass World Trinity to anyone looking for quality eye care and a smooth, stress-free experience!

I made two visits to this location and both went extremely well. My first visit (02/10/26) I was helped by Dina, Dr. Thompson, and Jess. All were amazing and professional. Received my first pair of glasses earlier than expected which was really nice. The service was so good the first time, I went back for a second pair, when i was helped by David and he was outstanding as well (02/20/26). The entire staff was helpful, friendly, and answered all the questions I had. Highly recommend this location, top notch location with great people.

Best costumer service!!!!! I had the pleasure of meeting the kindest people at the trinity location! I walked in and Tyler came right up to me and started helping me out and explained everything in words that I could actually understand. Then went to the back and met Tatum she was such a kind soul and made me feel so comfortable when I was having a rough day. And then I went in with Dr. Thompson who was yet again another amazing staff member! I don’t typically trust doctors, but from the jump he was so genuine and made conversation and had amazing bedside manner. Every staff member I met here today made me feel comfortable in making a decision on my vision and they were all very helpful! If any of them were having a bad day, I definitely couldn’t tell because they all treated me with the utmost respect and kindness. If you don’t like them, then there is something wrong with you, not them. Everyone likes to complain without looking at themselves first to see if they were the problem. People just want to blame others for their own issues.

Purchased 2 pair of glasses & after so many months one of my pair the arm fell off. Hinge broken I stopped by the lady said 200. For a new frame. I was a little upset the frame did not hold up decided not to get them fixed going to go elsewhere & purchase a new pair and left but 10 min away & I get a phone call from her to tell me the manager wanted to take care of me and replaced them no charge. That was so nice of them to go above & Beyond there call of duty. I was impressed & next year I will probably be a repeat customer . Thank you Mr. Manager for stepping above and beyond. Hats 🎩 off to ya. So I went from getting ready to do a 1 star bad review & going to a competitor to a 5 star !!

I had a phenomenal experience during my recent optometry appointment. Dr. Thompson was highly professional, thorough, and took the time to clearly explain each part of the exam, which I greatly appreciated. Carl, David, and Jess were equally outstanding—courteous, attentive, and extremely helpful throughout the visit. The receptionist in the back was also fantastic—genuinely warm, friendly, and welcoming, which made the experience even more pleasant. I also appreciated the diversity of the team, which contributed to an inclusive and welcoming environment. The facility itself was clean, well-organized, and efficiently run. Overall, the team demonstrated a high level of professionalism, care, and attention to detail. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone seeking quality optometric services. At the end of the day, I left spending $2700 for 8 frames. FANTASTIC!!!
