I hate to write a poor review but I really couldn't have had a more discombobulated experience. I have been a customer since 2024. The first year with the optometrist on site was great, no complaints. 2025, the optometrist was remote. It was a little odd and had to wait a long time for them to come up on the screen. OK, no big deal. This year, 2026, was a totally different experience. Again, I had to wait for the remote optometrist, but then the front office completely screwed up my contacts prescription and it has taken multiple phone calls, text messages and physically going back into the office after 3 weeks to get it sorted out. I went in there to get a copy of my actual prescription and it took a full 20mins to do just that. While in there, the front office manager got up and helped another customer that walked in and took 2 phone calls without saying, I'll be with you in a minute, I'm helping a customer." That paired with trying to price out a year's worth of contacts and being given a rebate for the wrong model of contacts and just overall weirdness- I will not be going back next year.
