Jenny is the best...from the time I walked in she was extremely helpful and friendly. She showed me several pair of glasses close to what I was looking for. I came back in today to order contacts and she went above and beyond to help me again. I hope everyone has a "Jenny" experience cause she's the best at the Eastgate location!

I don’t typically write bad reviews because we’re all human and have bad days HOWEVER… this place is TRULY lacking. I spent two hours on hold just to be told to call back the next day or come in. I had some questions; the next day I finally got through to someone and they knew NOTHING - they were reading the notes in my file incorrectly, getting the years mixed up (and therefore the Rx) with an overall sluggish “don’t care” mentality. I wanted to replace some frames we’d gotten there 2 months prior and they were out of stock. They told me to call the west store. The gal helping me at the west store was SO MUCH BETTER. She was professional, kind, and helpful. She was able to check all eyeglass world’s (why the east store didn’t just do that - I have no idea) & it turns out they were discontinued. She went out of her way to help me brainstorm how to get glasses we’d like. A few weeks later I went into the East side with my own frames which they refused to touch. The lady named Jacqueline is rude every time we’re in there, constantly talking over everyone and she doesn’t even know what she’s talking about (I used to be a COA / CPOT) - it pains me to sit there and listen to them spill not true information to customers. The east store: I couldn’t get them to take my money if I tried, and now I surely do not want to, so I’ll just make the 30 min drive to the west side store from now on. East side has been going downhill for a while but they’ve hit rock bottom with me.
I was helped by Michelle where she really took her time looking through my options and answering all of my questions. She helped me find the best deal and most reasonable option for my personal situation. Extremely impressed with her attentiveness, definitely deserves a raise!!!!
I visited this store three times attempting to purchase frames in one day. Service was nonexistent the first visit, the second visit was assisted with insurance look up, I waited for the same staff to become available due to being ignored by the other staff. I left and went back a third time ( my mistake) to be acknowledged by Diane. Gave her my paperwork and frames. Right in the middle of serving me- she stopped to help someone else with a frame complaint— with not a word to me. Fully stopped, looked this lady up and held a full conversation like I was not sitting there - with a purchase. Called back to hear the manager say “ yeah, she told me about it. She should not of done that but the other worker is new and needed help. We don’t normally do things like that “ Not satisfied with none of the interaction- my money isn’t good enough for good service
Customer service goes a long way! To walk into your business and not even be spoken to is ridiculous. Even a simple, "Hello, how are you today?" would have been nice and might have resulted in a good sale for you. None of your reps were busy when we walked in, and others who walked in behind us were greeted. We took our business elsewhere.
