I purchased glasses while in the store Shslesha took the initial basic purchase and helped me with the financing the next day I decided to add features to my glasses and called her but i couldn’t gett the app to work for the additional charges on the 2nd pair. Shalesha said she would leave notes for the next person in case she was not in. The next day I went in Jeff working alone was able to tend to other customers in the store look up my file and understand what needed to be process by the notes left. The purchase and help in every aspect financially and selection of glasses as well as excellent doctor is number 1 I will always bring my family here

Went in today, with a missing nose pad, it came off couple days ago, these folks were so very professional & friendly. They replaced the missing 1 as well as the existing pad, they were just like new... such a great experience!! Thank you Ladies & Sir.. I'm a customer for life

I had a great experience at Eyeglass World. Everyone at the office was great. Jeff was extremely helpful with getting our insurance working and was patient while we called to get everything working. He went through multiple options to make sure we got the best deal.

Jeff was amazing. He was thorough and took his time to explain everything. I really appreciate that level of effort, especially with how crazy life has been recently. He was also able to get me glasses the very next day. I would 100% recommend this place to everyone.
