I had a great experience. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful. Krista was fantastic from the time I booked my appointment. In store she made sure I was well taken care of. Treasure was truly a pleasure to work with. She was able to explain my prescription and fill the order with the ease. Thank you for taking very good care of me! ❤️
The doctor didn’t tell me anything about my eyes or my prescription after I got the test done. Then after I asked them to put frames on hold on Friday to pick them up wensday. She told me that I was the problem and that it had been a week. Last I counted there’s 7 days in a week and Friday-wensday would not be those 7 days. Then come to find out she didn’t even put my frames on hold. Then when I asked if I could go somewhere else even they they didn’t give me my prescription she told me I was wrong and that the print those out and hand them to the customers. I have yet to see my prescription. 10/10 will never go back to this location was a waste of my time 100%
I have no issues with this specific location. Great service, great frame choices, high quality glasses, I do have an issue with the tools and process their corporate team uses for insurance and billing. After paying in full (a lot) and leaving with the glasses I received a bill from corporate for even more money. The corporate office has the same response over and over, but I have not experienced this with other vendors over many years of purchasing glasses. It is deceiving to pay "in full" and get a bill. If you don't mind this, this location is terrific. I unfortunately won't be back.
Alex G was super helpful, helped me find a good frame. Was super detailed in explaining all the things they could help with for glasses. Would recommend and go here again!
If you want to get treated like crap by the doctor this is a great place to go. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful but the doctor completely unprofessional. Accused us of being late even tho we were there on time and waiting on him to finish his previous appointment. Sandals and a Hawaiian shirt real though guy.
