I had such a great experience at LensCrafters thanks to an employee named London, who made the whole process quick and easy. I described exactly what I was looking for, and she immediately pulled several great options. She also helped me apply my insurance, found coupons for me, and made sure I was getting the best deal possible. She was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in helping me find the right pair. After going to six different glasses stores before this, LensCrafters was the first place that had exactly what I was looking for. The quality is great, and they were even able to make my glasses in less than an hour. I'm really glad I stopped in and very thankful for all of London's help!

The eye exam and the store customer service were great! London was very helpful and friendly. She listened to what I was looking for, and she pointed out excellent options for both my regular glasses and sunglasses. I ended up getting both! She even helped me with a little issue I was having with my current frames; so nice! Thank you for making me feel comfortable and well taken care of.

Brought two pair of glasses into the store because they each had broke. Didn’t really have the money to buy a new pair and the lenses were only a couple months old. The guy at the store was able to fix one of the pair using the others parts and truly helped me out, especially cause contacts don’t work well for me. He didn’t charge me either. Truly great service!!

Lindsay was great to work with. She was kinda, patience, very helpful and clearly had a great knowledge of all things glasses. She understood the prescription implications and was able to recommend a frame that would handle the lense thickness. She also knew how to work well with the insurance and got me the best deal on two new frames and a new set of lenses for a frame I came in with.

London made everything so easy and helped with best frames for my face! Lindsay was also so friendly and helpful and I definitely plan to return!
