Took advantage of the special. Exam was fine until I went to pay. New guy had a very hard time inputting the order. Took a long time. Staff took my Warby Parker pair to have new prescription changed out on them. I paid extra for convenience but lab refused to do work. Since then this pair has gone missing and isn’t trackable. They didn’t call me either time when my two new pairs arrived on two totally different days , days apart. Not worth the discount. New frames are flimsy and likely won’t last long. Update: national management reached out immediately and addressed the issue, store manager apologized , took responsibility & provided credit ! I was impressed & satisfied with resolution

I had a bit of a rough start with my order at America’s Best; it took three attempts at the lab and a follow-up exam to try and get my progressive lenses right. It was a frustrating process, as the technical alignment just wasn't clicking. However, the customer service team was outstanding. They went above and beyond to try and resolve the issues, and when it became clear the glasses wouldn't work out, they provided a full refund without any hassle. I really appreciate a business that values its customers and stands by its service, even when the technical side of things doesn't go as planned.
⭐️ 1 Star – Save yourself the headache. My daughter and I went to America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses for contact lenses and the experience was incredibly frustrating. The staff seemed annoyed the entire time and were not helpful when we asked questions. Even after asking multiple times for clarification, the instructions were still unclear. When I asked if my daughter could have enough trial contacts to get her to the follow-up appointment, they refused — even after I offered to pay for them. Staff insisted I was wrong about the follow-up timing the doctor requested, but when I asked them to check their notes, there was no date documented at all. We were required to return for a class to make sure my daughter could insert and remove her contacts (which we understood), but then were told we also needed to schedule yet another follow-up appointment with the doctor without any clear explanation why. The entire place feels like an assembly line — move patients in, move them out, and don’t answer questions. On top of that, the office itself is consistently dirty and the bathrooms are extremely unpleasant for a medical facility. Between the lack of communication, unhelpful staff, unnecessary appointments, and the condition of the office, the entire experience felt disorganized and unprofessional. If you’re looking for contact lenses, an eye exam, or basic customer service, I would strongly recommend going somewhere else. At the end of the day, eye care should make you feel confident about your vision — not frustrated just trying to get basic help.
I have been meaning to write this review for awhile now but life is busy and I just hadn’t found the time until now. However I wanted to make sure that I said something because Jocelyn this stores manager really went above and beyond for me. She took a not so positive experience and completely flipped it around for me so I have deleted my previous review because she really went above and beyond and then some. Not to mention so much of the staff was amazing. I honestly wish that I knew everyone’s name so that I could name them all because there are so many it made this a noteworthy happy experience that at first was a very upsetting experience Just know that I am grateful. This Office really does care and they will go above and beyond to correct any negative experience.
Dakota, Angelica & Araya were all so kind and went above and beyond to help me find everything I needed when I picked up my glasses today. I can’t remember her name, but the lady who helped me with my initial order was also very helpful the day I picked out my glasses and helped me find frames in my price range without ever trying to upsell me - taking time to compare options so I could get the best deal without sacrificing on quality. I’ve never been happier with a glasses buying experience and my wallet doesn’t hurt either.
