I am so grateful for this clinic and the amazing team. From the moment I walk in, I am greeted with kindness and warmth. Deana and Andrea at the front desk are absolutely wonderful. They are always friendly, welcoming, and caring. Their smiles and positive attitude make me feel comfortable and valued every time I visit. My therapist, Xochi, is incredible. She has helped me so much throughout my healing journey. Her knowledge, patience, and dedication have made a huge difference in my recovery, and I am truly thankful for the care she provides. The entire staff creates a positive and supportive environment that makes you feel at ease from the moment you arrive. I am very grateful for everything they have done for me and highly recommend this clinic to anyone seeking compassionate, professional care. When I began can you sing the services that Utah partners for health offer and all the money levels of care there isn't one single team member North service treatment care or professionalism that I could possibly see needing any improvement every and all of my concerns worries and fears were answered questions were surely explained and I was never once felt pressured to do anything I wasn't comfortable in doing so myself UPFH simply showed me the way the steps and the path to become the person I dreamed to become again I have nothing but respect appreciation and much gratitude for all of the team members across the board from the front desk all the way through to the doctors the medical assistant in the pharmacy staff they all truly are one of a kind they truly do show that they care and that they are there for you and your needs and wants they do this with utmost professionalism knowledge empathy and kindness thank you everyone at UPFH you are all rock stars EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THE TEAM MEMBERS ARE ABSOLUTE ROCK STARS

I hadn’t been in for a couple of years but needed to be seen. When I came in Silvina, the Patient Access Specialist, helped me so much with the financial end of things. She went above and beyond for me. I am so appreciative of everyone here. I have been seeing Tony and Melissa for my needs. They both are so personable and have just calmed all my unresolved emotions about going to the doctors. I would happily recommend this place to anyone in need of care. Go see them.

The staff at the Midvale and the West Jordan offices are awesome. Friendly desk receptionists, flexible scheduling, plenty of payment plans, and charisma that really makes you feel at home with family rather than some nameless professional number. 5 stars, for sure!

I been going to this clinic for years and I just love how nice and polite the front desk, the nurses and the doctor’s are. They really care for you and take the time to answer all questions you may have. Getting an appointment is faster than other places for sure! Also their pharmacy is so affordable and don’t make you wait a long time.
