This was my first visit. I went with a specific problem with glasses I purchased at another store. After some of the reviews I read here, it was stressful for me even try this. Much to my relief, I found Harriet warm and inviting when I entered. After explaining my problem, Jerry immediately stepped forward and assured me that he could help….and he did. The entire experience resulted in my conviction that this is now my go-to merchant for all things eyeglass-related.

I love this Mom and Pop shop. They take a great deal of care in the services that they provide. I’m always happy the first time with my prescription and lenses. I always ask for an unusual pair of eyeglasses and they always deliver. Great selection, perfect scripts and just really good people.
I have been getting glasses from them for years. The optometrist is pretty all business, but everyone else is very kind and personable and I can be a bit of an odd tough customer. A lot of these negative reviews seem like people projecting their garbage on other people. This is a small family owned and operated business, which is why I go here still despite moving quite far away. If you're looking for a chain go to a chain, don't take out your strange outsized corporate expectations out on good people.
Gone to them for over a decade. Amazing customer service, extremely personable and understanding. I have gotten 6 pairs of glasses from them, they do great with working with insurance. They have helped refit my frames a few time when they got bent out of shape same day as my appointments. I can not recommend them enough.
Don’t usually post reviews if I’d had a bad experience with a business/office but I felt I had to on this one… Can’t say I’ve been treated this poorly after a medical appointment ever. The staff was very rude upon scheduling my appointment and upon calling back to obtain my prescriptions. Their lack of electronic system makes it difficult when you need to access your prescription. I was accused of not holding onto a paper copy of my rx provided months prior after my appointment; however, I was never given an rx- only #s written on a post-it note that will not suffice when ordering glasses. I felt attacked when I stated I did not want contacts- very weird interactions overall. I will not be returning here for an eye exam or recommending to anyone else.
