Eyehealth Northwest - Oregon City

EyeHealth NW in OC is wonderful. The office is clean, organized and very inviting. The front desk employees are kind and welcoming. I had the wrong time in my calendar and showed up and checked in and then was told I missed it. I was embarrassed but Loni at the front desk, was the sweetest and she went to bat for me, she went back to talk to Dr.s and managers in an effort to try and get me in or reschedule that day. A manager came over and they worked it out and were able to squeeze me in right then!! I was so grateful. Brandy the nurse was awesome. She made it fun, was quick and efficient and made me laugh and comfortable. And Dr. Kerr is always wonderful and I just love her, we even take our kids there. So with a that said EyeHealth NW Oregon city is fantastic! I appreciate them, and it's nice to have a clean, welcoming office with smiles on everyone's faces. :)

All the staff were great, helpful, friendly. Technician was excellent. Explained things as she did the tests. Dr. Danford took his time with me even though I had been worked in as an emergency . Everyone was knowledgeable and made the experience a good one.

Efficient and very helpful. My eye check up was easy. I recommend using the camera instead of having your eyes dilated, it might not be covered by your insurance but was well worth the convenience.

The Doctor was very kind to my elderly mother. English is her second language and he made sure she understood him during examination process. The staff is wonderful as well.

Dr. Lee is a great Dr. I really enjoyed the visit with him. He is very personable and talks you through every step. Explains everything he's doing and what needs to be done. He put in a referral for me today, said it could be 10 days before I hear anything I heard from them same day. Now thats service. Kudos to Dr. Lee
