I have been visiting the doctor for the past 7-8 years and the doctor is really nice. I had an critical concern today with my vision and called in to get an emergency appt and they flat out rejected saying that they do not have any appts for today. The manager Kevin was very insensitive and gave me some basic recommendations like use OTC eye drops which I found ridiculous. I would not maintain a long term relationship with this Dr as they don't care about their patients health. I have had much better relationships with most of of my doctors who truly care for their patients.
Very friendly staff; Check-in was smooth. Dr. Sacher was very thorough and explained the exams he was doing. Freddy helped me with the selection of glasses. He was very patient and wrote down the information of each frame in my chart for the next visit. Excellent experience overall.
Today I visited EyeKrafters for the first time! I was quite anxious about getting a progressive pair of glasses . Freddy was so helpful and he not only helped me choose the right frame but also explained how the progressive lens work in detail. I am looking forward to seeing my new pair of glasses soon !
I got my expensive prescription glasses from EyeCrafter and 6 months later the lenses lost their anti glare coating EyeKrafters promised to replace it and when I went back a second time after waiting for 15 minutes I was told that the lenses have the same issue again. I wish they had checked the lenses before having me come in. After waiting 45 minutes the 3rd time, I was initially told that the same anti-glare was ordered again but the manager Meg came back to say that it was different but she couldn't give me any information or proof that it was in fact changed I found their customer service to be lacking in so many ways No one greets you when you enter the store and they don't apologize for the issues that they have. Do not trust their timings online The staff doesn't show up till 9:00 a.m. even though the listing online says 8:30am and they lock their doors at 4:30 pm instead of 5:00 p.m. as listed online The employees probably don't care but they lost 4 customers today.
