They have given the best prescriptions ever. I moved to a different area and tried an optometrist in that location. Big mistake. I had vision problems for over a year. I came back to eyeland vision and I can see very well again. I will keep coming back for as long as they are in business. Very good caring people. The absolute best in my opinion.
Took my 7 year old daughter, the doctor really took his time, answered all of her questions. The front staff was very kind and accommodating, allowing my daughter to try on several pairs of glasses and giving us a break down of what our insurance included. We can't wait to get her glasses!
Dr was rude and didn't do his job. His assistant was also rude. After a very short exam he told me he could not fix the vision in my right eye. He ordered me glasses with no script for the right. I decided to go to another provider. They were able to find a script that worked great on my right side. I would not recommend this place.
Buying 3 pairs of glasses from them and discussing with my wife the cost of a 4th "sports" style for my daughter. Additional $250. The older office lady kept interrupting us telling us what a deal we was getting and i finally told her that i was talking to my wife NOT her. The other office staff was nice. They also told me they would call when my any of my glasses were ready; after 3 weeks of no word, i called. "yeah we have 2 of them here, waiting on the other 2". A bit frustrating. strongly recommend NOT going here. I will not be back. (Once I finally get my last pair I bought) *UPDATE* It's now been a month and still waiting for my 4th pair I bought. Still have received zero phone calls . I call or stop by to get updates. Last Thursday they told me they was going to expedite my glasses via FedEx for Monday. , Monday, I stop by and guess what they dobt have my glasses yet. Also the Sign on the door says Mon-Thursday 9-5. It's Tuesday at 1130a, I'm here and they are closed.
Today I got lost trying to find the place. Called the office to see if they could tell me where to go. Seven calls and no one ever answered. Three months ago, I scheduled my first appointment the them, I called to confirm and they told me I never scheduled an appointment. Every one deserves a second chance, well today was it. Moving on.
