Our family has LOVED using Eyemart Express for YEARS. The staff and quality of glasses are great. I always get compliments on my glasses! I especially love the Jonesboro, AR location and its hours. Quick service and glasses made on site around an hours time "frame"!!!
Friendly service but I went because of the one hour and didn’t want to wait but after checking out was told I could pick up in 7-14 days. I said I drive a hour and do not come to Jonesboro often that is why I wanted one hour and was told they could not do the reflective coating. And transaction already happen so would take time to cancel and refund. I wish they would have told me before paying out . I could have got glasses in town I work M-F and not had to drive again. This info should of been provided when I was offered that option.

Everyone was polite and very helpful. I had a great experience with you all. And I love my reading glasses, I haven't received my regular glasses as of yet but I love the frames I picked out ,with the help of one of your employees.
The service people are extremely helpful , the wait time to pick up glasses was unbelievably, took less than one hour to receive pick up notice. Very satisfied with the product. , new glasses
