Fantastic experience! The Doctor was great, did the exam quickly, and thoroughly. The staff were friendly and attentive. Ivory was on point and explained all my options in detail. Im definitely going to return. My second pair of glasses were made in 19 minutes! My RayBans are expected in the next four days. I highly recommend this place.

This was by far the best place I've ever gone to get glasses and get an eye exam. I walked in and got an exam done took about 15 minutes for all the testing and talking to the doctor. Everyone is very friendly and kind. I got my prescription and picked out my glasses with help from Ivory he was wonderful. He did get called away during busy store hours even after pointing out he was working with a customer at the time by a main company phone call for a situation that could have been handled at a later time. He tried to tell the main company this three different times that he was with a customer but they wouldn't let it slide. He handled the interruption with grace.

I have been with the same employer and the same insurance provider for 16 years. Over this time, I have successfully used my vision benefits for glasses multiple times. This is the first time I have ever been told my insurance completely excludes lenses simply because they are safety lenses. In the past, my insurance always covered the baseline lens cost, and I simply paid the difference out of pocket. Furthermore, I was explicitly quoted a $100 out-of-pocket expense, but I was ultimately charged $280. I need an explanation for this pricing discrepancy and the sudden change in coverage.

We have been coming here years and she has helped us every time in a quick manner & always taking care of us professional! Also always love my glasses and how quickly they get them done! Love this place.

At 40 I’ve been to a lot of vision “experts” but Dr.Kevin Lodge is amazing. He took his time and really listened to me and explained things to me. It felt like he really cared and now for the first time in years I can actually see! Finally, someone helped me! Highly highly recommend seeing my him. Great selection of glasses too! And so cheap! I felt like I was stealing from them! Staff is wonderful as well. All super friendly and so helpful! I won’t go anywhere without else nor will my family.
