I needed progressive lenses for the first time. The team in Augusta were gracious and knowledgeable helping me with this new pair of glasses. It took a few tweeks, a couple stops back in and now the lenses are perfect! I am loving the progressives! Special shout out to Abby, Shauna and Justin!! You all are amazing!!

Do not go here for eye exams! I made an appointment, and I was not aware it was a telehealth appointment until the confirmation email. I should have backed out then, but I went anyway. I specifically made a contact lens prescription renewal appointment. I have worn contacts for over 20 years, and I am very aware of the process. When I got there, they told me they do eyeglasses automatically but didn't say it was an extra charge. I found out when I was leaving and had to pay $89.00 for a glasses prescription. After my appointment with the doctor on the screen, I was informed they didn't keep trials in the building for me to be fitted for. They would need to order them. I would have to come back in 5-10 business days to put them in. After that, I still wouldn't leave with a prescription. I would need to wear them for 2-3 days and come back yet again. At that time, they would authorize my new prescription. Three trips to get one prescription. Absolutely ridiculous! I live an hour away! I called to see if they had an update on my trial pairs coming in. I was told someone would call me back. I'm still waiting for the call back. Five days later, I still have no contact prescription, and I am out $89 for glasses I didn't want or need. I felt bad for the lady at the front. She was the only live person in the building, seemed very new, and had no support. She was nice and friendly. This review is not a reflection of her.

I had an exceptionally positive experience at this optometry practice. Shayna and Emily demonstrated remarkable patience and professionalism throughout my appointment—they meticulously explained every aspect of the examination with clarity and composure, putting me entirely at ease. The entire staff is courteous, attentive, and highly competent. I enthusiastically recommend this practice and look forward to returning!☺️

Will was great! He made the extra effort to be sure my insurance was accepted. Excellent customer service. Great humor. My transition lenses where complete in 37 minutes. I have already recommended Eyemart to my coworkers.

Great place to get eye glasses , the eye technician was very helpful kind. My computer glasses were ready with 30 minutes. My regular glasses had to be order as they are a very strong prescription. I would recommend Eyemart Express in Augusta ,Maine to all my friends and family.
