Love this place, when they say your glasses will be ready in an hour, they are ready in 45 minutes. No pressure when you are selecting your frames. Quick and easy getting your lenses ordered up. My wife got hers too
If I could give this place 10 stars, I would. I walked in after my appointment at Eyes First (next door). I was greeted immediately and helped. Ms. Yolanda took great care of me. I picked out the perfect pair of glasses. I was offered a free second pair, which I took. I upgraded those to sunglasses. I was told the wait for my glasses would be about an hour. I got a text 37 minutes later. My glasses were ready. Talk about FAST! I’m very pleased with both my glasses and sunglasses. Everyone was friendly. I will be back again!
First time purchasing eyeglasses. The store associate was very patient and helpful. He even helped me secure the best available coupon and was honest and upfront about pricing. My glasses were ready in less than an hour after payment. Five star service.
My husband and I went to Eyemart Express in Tupelo. We were very fortunate to get Anna as our eyeglass expert. She looked up our insurance, showed us what glasses we could choose from. She was so patient. She then had to help us with 4 pairs of glasses. We felt like we were high maintenance but the smile never left her face. She made our experience wonderful and stress free. If you can get her to help you, please do. She's the BEST!!!
Very nice and inviting environment upon walking into the establishment. Marco made my experience all the more wonderful with his helpfulness and insight into what I needed. The other employees were equally as helpful and kind as well. This was my first time visiting this place and I can definitely say I'll be a return customer
