The Eye Clinic Of Saltillo

Never experienced any issues with this eye clinic until today. I needed an appointment because I was having issues with my eye. Making the appointment was not the issue. When I went to my appointment it was the way the I was treated because my insurance could not be verified and I kept explaining to the staff that I have medical insurance as I always have. It’s as if they did t want to see me for my visit today so I called my insurance myself afterwards I called back to the clinic no one would answer the phone and I have yet to receive a callback and didn’t get seen and I have insurance.

My frustration with this Clinic is completely off the chart. When I had ordered my glasses, they informed me it would be two weeks. It ended up being a month. When I pick up my sunglasses, there is virtually no tint whatsoever which makes absolutely zero sense because that’s the whole point of sunglasses is to protect your eyes from the sun. I went to go pick up my sunglasses again after they had supposedly sent them back and again the same issue there was virtually no tent. Half the lens was a sunglass the other half of sunglasses so now they need to send them back for yet again another time. If I had known, it would be this much of a ginormous headache to get my sunglasses I would have never given this place business. I could’ve very easily gone down to Walmart and not have this headache

Dr. Bostik is fantastic! He takes his time and explains everything. He's very caring too. I'd recommend everyone go see him.

When I had to leave my trusted eye doctor due to new insurance I was hesitant but heard good things about this place. Since it's covered under my Blue Cross plan I gave this place a try. Three years down the road I can say consistently that Dr. Bostick and his staff are by far the best eye care in this area.

Dr. Russell is great! Nurses are amazing. Very patient and sweet.
