Eyemart Express

My daughter got glasses today for the first time. Staff was so kind. They really made us feel like they cared. Once she picked out her frames they had us in and out in 7 minutes. The way my daughter giggled after she put on her glasses was priceless. From start to finish I give 5 thumbs up! Thank you so much.

I love the Asheville eyemart express! The staff are very knowledgeable about glasses styles and what suits different face shapes. I always have success at this store. Glasses are expensive and you should feel confident in how they look and what you have purchased. The last two pair of glasses I had made at this store were made in 15 minutes and 7 minutes! Great service and very happy with my glasses.

Awesome again!! Reba and the whole team (not sure the names of the other ladies but there were 2 other sweet and super helpful staff there!) did it again! We needed affordable glasses for my 8 year old daughter who had been counting down the days to get her vision corrected. We needed them in a hurry. Reba not only helped us pick a beautiful style but helped me price things and prioritize! I always get the lens replacement insurance because I’ve used it again and again! The glasses were ready in about 20 minutes 🙀 Everyone made my daughter feel seen and cared for and well fitted in her new specs. Such an important service and I was literally crying tears of joy as she put on her first pair of glasses and could finally see clearly! I have had two other wonderful experiences there getting my own glasses and lenses replaced and we highly recommend!!!

The staff was absolutely phenomenal. We were on vacation when my daughter's glasses were lost. We called first to see if they would be able to help us, and they were very kind and helpful. They explained the process of getting them replaced. When we arrived the next day the entire staff welcomed us, helped with the process and even shared treats with our dog. They made a stressful experience incredible. If we didn't live several states away this would be our #1 eye care location.

I brought my glasses in from another store I got my eye exam from because one of the lens felt off. It was and Kelly helped me fix it. That business actually sent me to Eyemart Express for same day prescription sunglasses which I did get and I also saw this pair I HAD to get. They are so beautiful and so me. Unfortunately, the prescription sending over part was complicated but Kelly and Jody got that figured out with me. And then I got both pairs for a great deal. And I also went back last week to get another pair with Elaine which the store was excellent because they had what they needed to get it done in 30 mins so I didn’t have to come back the following morning. They WILL take care of you here and all the other employees I met were also friendly. Thank you again
