Very pleased with their customer service. Very friendly staff with a great dea of useful knowledge. Staff made it a point to provide me with an adequate answer to any and all questions I may have asked at the time. I would definitely go back for more services.

Joey was phenomenal in assisting me in my search for new frames. Not pushy to sell, helpful and patient. Wasn’t planning on making a purchase that day and came back before leaving the parking lot to just bite the bullet. It was quick and easy, and Joey explained all the charges and in detail. They have a 100 day guarantee if you don’t love em you can swap em!

I never leave reviews, but I was super impressed with Visionworks yesterday. My vision insurance was accepted their last year. I went and it was pleasant. This year, I went again bc I got a reminder text. When I walked in, it was a friendly atmosphere. They had done their homework on what my insurance covered before I arrived. They were the same faces from last year, which is rare these days. They didn't have the frames that I ordered last year on their shelves, but they were able to order them for me by looking up last year's order form. It's personal there. Great customer service. Overall, I would highly recommend this branch of Visionworks in Asheville, NC!

We are always greeted when come in. At this visit more than a year from t he last one, I was pleased that she she would look up our account and did so without asked our name but not surprised. That is the level and quality of service we regularly get at that store I'm embarrassed that I don't remember her name, especially because she did so well with mine. The invoice says employee number 06625 and I know she is long term. The rest of the visit, she was helpful but not intrusive. She made sure we got the best usage of our coupons, insurance and special sales. I could not expect better service that makes a visit pleasurable. We have been served equally well by the gentleman employee whenever he takes care of us.

My recent experience at VisionWorks was truly professional and seamless. Joey made the process smooth from start to finish. Her knowledge and professionalism are unmatched. Picking out glasses and determining which frames and lenses can be overwhelming, but Joey’s attention to detail with frames and design is a game changer.
