I am a picky person when it comes to glasses but as soon as I got in there I had two pairs I had my heart set on. There is a good variety of shapes and sizes and colors. The customer service was amazing with everyone I interacted with. Plus, as soon as I got my order in, my glasses were done within 15 minutes! Incredible! I am very pleased with this place. Can be a bit pricey but glasses are something you should spend a decent price on so you can see your best lol 😁 Would definitely go here again in the future!

Paola gave excellent customer service! She was quick to say hello when I walked in and helped me immediately. She was able to find my insurance and explained my benefits. She offered different options on lenses and clearly explained the cost differences. I was very happy with the service and my glasses!

I received some of the best customer service I have ever received and I went in towards the very end of the day when most employees try to rush you off. I was greated with a smile, Esperanza was not only efficient and knowledgeable but very personable as well. I can’t believe that I received two pairs of glasses within the same day since I went in so late. Thank you, Esperanza.. If it wasn’t for your hard work, I would’ve missed my son’s Entire baseball game due to Lack of sight.

You know what I came in I ordered a pair of glasses. I had to call my insurance which took up a little bit of the time, but even with that they still got me out of there within 15 to 20 minutes I left and not 10 minutes later, my glasses were ready to go. Excellent job! Great price, Arielle was the best.
