This whole experience was smooth for me and my son getting his first pair of glasses. The staff was friendly, and everything went well overall. The only reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is because at the beginning of the appointment, I was told they accepted my insurance. We completed the eye exam, picked out our glasses, and then, when it was time to check out, I was told they actually didn’t accept our insurance. That meant I had to pay out of pocket unexpectedly, which was pretty frustrating. We decided to go through with it because we didn’t want to wait another couple of months for an appointment somewhere else that accepted our insurance. Other than that, they did a great job, and we had a good experience.

My experience overall was quite good. There was a hiccup with insurance but, I arrived early and we sorted it out. I then looked at frames and collected a few I liked before my appointment. The pre-screening was done by the technician in a few minutes and I only had to wait about 10 more minutes before the exam. The exam was thorough yet quickly completed. The prescription was flexible and I was able to get a progressive set of glasses ordered. I received a second basic set of prescription glasses at no charge and received those readers about an hour later. Like most places they have to order the nicer set, pictured is the basic set. Thank you to the staff, great job.

From the first call to ask some questions the service was phenomenal! Great customer service, delivered on their promises and they are so quick! I will only be visiting this location for glasses moving forward and highly recommend them. They also offer exams and I may start getting those there as well. Perfect one stop shop for your eye glasses needs! Very impressed.

I wanted to sleep with these glasses on lol And that’s not a flattering metaphor, I assure you, Though I do intend for it to be flattering, But the truth is, I actually had to make myself remove these glasses from my face before falling asleep. I knew that wouldn’t be a good idea no matter how well the glasses were made. Made in I think 12 minutes or 24 at the absolute most, I was absolutely floored. Took me at least an hour and a half to go back and get them from the hotel room. If that isn’t a hard-working group of professionals, Then I don’t know what is.

My initial visit with Marshall attending to me was very positive; she was both knowledgeable and friendly, helpful in making my selections. She advised me of when my glasses would be ready and I received a text to pick them up within the predicted time frame I didn't catch the names of the two women I spoke with when I picked my glasses up, but both were equally attentive and friendly. And... I am pleased with my new glasses!!!
